All illustrations are originals or limited edition prints or greeting cards. If in stock, the artworks will be shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation of your order. A tracking number will be sent to you once shipped.

Cape Town: Packages delivered within the Cape Town area are charged at a flat rate of R90. Orders take approximately 5-7 working days to arrive. Packages can only be couriered and delivered to your physical address, not a PO Box address.

Collection: If you would prefer to collect your artwork from me in Newlands, Cape Town, please get in touch to arrange a suitable time.

South Africa: Packages delivered within South Africa are charged at a flat rate of R90. Orders take approximately 5 – 7 days to arrive. Packages can only be couriered and delivered to your physical address, not a PO Box address.

International:  International Shipping is available to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, most of the EU incl. Switzerland, Australia and New Zealand. The rate will be automatically applied at checkout. Packages sent internationally take approximately 10- 14 days with a door-to-door courier service to arrive. Packages can only be couriered and delivered to your physical address, not a PO Box address.

Please Note: Customs charges or import duties, should they be applicable in your country, are not included in our price and must be paid by the you. Annie Moag Illustrates cannot be held responsible for any customs or import duties applied to your package by your local customs.

Returns and refunds will only be considered if:

•  The incorrect artwork has been sent and you do not want to exchange it for another one of equal value on the Annie Moag Illustrates website.
• Annie Moag Illustrates is unable to fulfil your order.
• The item arrives damaged, and cannot be replaced with a new one.
•  Please note that photographic evidence must be sent within 48hours of receiving the damaged artwork.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the client. Exchanges are treated as new orders and are subject to standard delivery costs.
