All illustrations are originals or limited edition prints. If in stock, the artworks will be shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation of your order. A tracking number will be sent to you once shipped.

Cape Town: Orders take approximately 5-7 working days to arrive. Packages can only be couriered and delivered to your physical address, not a PO Box address.

Collection: If you would prefer to collect your artwork from me in Newlands, Cape Town, please get in touch to arrange a suitable time.

South Africa: Packages delivered within South Africa take approximately 7-10 days to arrive. Packages can only be couriered and delivered to your physical address, not a PO Box address.

International: Packages sent internationally take approximately 10 – 21 days with a door-to-door courier service to arrive. International courier costs will be determined at time of sale due to fluctuating exchange rates.
Please Note: Customs charges or import duties are not included in the price and must be paid by you. Annie Moag Illustrates cannot be held responsible for any customs or import duties applied to your package by your local customs.

Returns and refunds will only be considered if:

• The incorrect artwork has been sent and you do not want to exchange it for another one of equal value on the Annie Moag Illustrates website.
• Annie Moag Illustrates is unable to fulfil your order.
• The item arrives damaged, and cannot be replaced with a new one.
• Please note that photographic evidence must be sent within 48 hours of receiving the damaged artwork.

Please handle your artwork with care when you receive it. Your hands must be washed and clean as skin oils can stain the paper. Use both hands to avoid the paper creasing or bending.

I suggest you visit a reputable company to have your artwork framed as soon as you receive it. If you prefer to do the framing yourself, there are so many lovely quality options available online or instore.

My choice of frame profile would be a box frame in natural wood, with or without a mount or floating in the frame. Please use UV glass to further protect your artwork if possible.

The original artwork is painted on 300 gsm Fabriano Artistico 100% cotton, chlorine and acid free paper which guarantees long conservation and inalterability over time.

Archival prints are on 310 gsm Felix Schoeller True Rag Etching 100% cotton museum grade off-white paper which is free of optical brightners. They are printed with inks that are certified archival and suitable for exhibitions at the highest levels.

Even though your artwork or archival print is done on the highest quality paper with the best inks and pigments, please do not hang artwork in direct sunlight in order to protect it. Some watercolour pigment on the original artwork could be affected by UV light over time.
