Returns and refunds will only be considered if:

• The incorrect artwork has been sent and you do not want to exchange it for another one of equal value on the Annie Moag Illustrates website.
• Annie Moag Illustrates is unable to fulfil your order.
• The item arrives damaged, and cannot be replaced with a new one.
• Please note that photographic evidence must be sent within 48 hours of receiving the damaged artwork.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the client. Exchanges are treated as new orders and are subject to standard delivery costs. There are no refunds or exchanges for sale items. There are no refunds or exchanges for commissions.
